Conditions of Use: The SpinEmpire Account Agreement (Ireland)
This document defines the contractual rules between the operator and players registered in Ireland. Account creation constitutes acceptance. The sections follow the account lifecycle: who may register, how accounts must be maintained, how bonuses and payments are governed, and what conduct ends the relationship.

Material inaccuracies, or failure to update changed details, constitute grounds for suspension. Demo mode is accessible before verification; real-money wagering is not.
Account Integrity: One Person, One SpinEmpire Login
The platform permits a single account per individual. The prohibition covers accounts opened under variant names, addresses or devices, and its principal target is bonus duplication. Detected multiples may be closed, with associated bonuses and winnings voided.
Credentials are non-transferable. Permitting third-party access, sharing passwords or selling accounts breaches this agreement, and the account holder bears responsibility for all recorded activity under their login.

Each promotion publishes specific terms; the following framework applies programme-wide:

Winnings attributable to prohibited conduct may be voided at the operator's determination.
Liability Limits, Applicable Law and Term Changes
The service is provided as available. Liability is excluded for losses arising from interruptions, connectivity failures or events beyond reasonable control, except to the extent such exclusion is legally impermissible. Non-waivable statutory rights are unaffected.
The agreement operates under the legal framework of the operator's licence — Gaming Commission of Ireland, number OGL/2026/589/0556 — which also supplies the dispute-resolution channel. The operator may amend these terms; material changes are notified, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
